About my Cooperating Teacher
My cooperating teacher is Mrs. Tuty Hannah. She handled 3 classes in senior high school. She was nice and approachable. She always help me in my daily problem in school and in handling the students attitude.
Teaching Method
As what I've observed in a class, the method used by the teacher is discovery-based learning. The teacher let his students work together in a group. The students cooperate well by sharing ideas, opinions and prior knowledge about the topic. The teacher also ask questions to the students.
Learning Materials and Innovation
The teacher used books in Mathematics that can be seen in school library and worksheets in Mathematics prepared by the teacher. the teacher also used multimedia and video presentation in discussing the lesson.
Sources of Learning and Technology
The source of learning used by the teacher is book. The teacher also used projector, laptop and speaker in presenting her lesson.
Authentic Assessment
The students present their work in the class. The teacher let the students explain their work, and ask some questions about the presentation. The students work was graded by the criteria prepared by the teacher.
